We are now using C band for satellite and 5G.

C band is 3.4 ~ 4.2GHz and all C band was used for satellite.

But after we started to use 3.4 ~ 3.7GHz for 5G, satellites changed to only use 3.7 ~ 4.2GHz.
Many global satellites are moving their frequencies to 3.7 ~ 4.2GHz.

Also, Korean cable broadcasters have installed filters that can block 5G signals when receiving C-band satellite broadcasting.
3.4 ~ 3.7 GHz cannot be received in general areas due to 5G signals.
So in Korea, areas where the receiving earth stations of representative cable broadcasters are located, are designated as 5G clean zones.
